Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Bookings are confirmed via email.

All sessions need to be paid in advance to confirm your booking. Your payment secures your reserved date and time.

If you need to cancel your session, the following refund policy applies:

• 7 days or more before your scheduled session: 100% refund.
• 3–6 days before your scheduled session: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days before your scheduled session: No refund.
